Locust Curve is comprised of two sections – The Woods and Highlands – and is located in western Delaware, Ohio at the intersection of Central Avenue (State Route 37) and Houk Road.

The 343-unit subdivision contains homes built by Dominion from the late 1990s into the early 2000s.

The Woods, located east of the community bike trail, features homes that mostly range between 1800 – 2200 square feet and are situated on about 1/3-acre lots. The Highlands, located west of the bike trail, is comprised of homes situated on about 1/5-acre lots with roughly 1200 – 1600 square feet of living space.

The blend gives the development a blending that allows for a community feeling. A feeling that is enhanced by the interlacing of green space throughout the development highlighted in two key areas – the walking trail and the pond at the development’s entrance.
