Why should you list your home with me? That is the million dollar question. And most agents begin their response with “my company…”

  • You will receive a commitment to personal service. Why did I become a Realtor®? Because it is 80 percent a people business – and I’m a people person. I have two phone numbers and e-mail – and I make a personal promise to return any call within in an hour! And e-mail within a day!

  • You will receive a strong commitment to ethics and the “golden rule”. Statistics have shown that Realtors® with additional education are more ethical than those that don’t. I have a B.A. and an M.B.A., but more importantly was raised in the “golden rule” and I promise to treat you just as I would want to be treated in the same situation. My education experience includes Columbus Board of Realtors (Continuing Education Credit, 2006), Hondros College (Pre-Licensing Courses for Real Estate, 2006) Heidelberg College (Master’s in Business Administration, 2003), and Mount Union College (Bachelor’s of Arts, 1998).

  • You will receive a diligent negotiator and complete professional. While I live by the “golden rule” when it comes to dealing with all people. You are my client and I’m going to put your goals above those of the customer (the other side of the transaction). I’m going to do what is best for you. You have that guarantee.
