MORPC Holding Final Home Ownership Class of Year

Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission offers free classes for those seeking to purchase a home through its Home-ownership Program, which aims to help Central Ohioans become successful homeowners.

The following classes will be held this October at MORPC from 5:30–8pm:

  • October 2, Credit/Budgeting
  • October 9, Realtor/Mortgage/Predatory • Lending/Foreclosure • Prevention
  • October 16, Home Inspection/Home • Insurance

Prospective homebuyers will gain an understanding of budgets, mortgages, credit and home inspections. The certificate received after attending all three classes can be used to help qualify for area downpayment assistance programs.
