The amount of multi-family homes for sale in the greater Columbus, Ohio area continues to fall according to commercial leader LoopNet.


In this graph, May 2008 represents 100 basis points and everything is factored from there. July 2013 score came out to be a 13, which is a 26% drop over the past three months and a 38% drop over July 2012.
