Buyer Education Classes Beginning This Week in Columbus
Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission is offering three classes yet this year to assist home buyers become more educated and hence better buyers in the real estate market.
The first-class will be offered on Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. and will help buyers understand how to budget for a new home purchase and how credit works in the buying process.

|Realtor/Mortgage/Predatory Lending/Foreclosure Prevention||October 10||5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.|
|Home Inspection/Home Insurance||October 17||5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.|
Completion of the three main courses is required to earn a certificate of completion. Home Repair & Maintenance classes are encouraged for all students and will The Home Repair & Maintenance class will be held monthly and dates will be announced in class.Except for the Home Repair and Maintenance, all classes are held in the Brewery District at Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission, 111 Liberty Street, Suite 100, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
