Where Can I Have a Food Challenge in Delaware County?
It has become all the fad, thanks to Man v. Food (@ManvFoodNation on Twitter) on Travel Channel (@travelchannel) with Americans all across this great nation that thought they had not athletic talent bellying up to the table for the ultimate challenge. And who couldn’t love that Adam Richmond highlighted Columbus!

And Delaware County is no exception.
- Shorty’s Pizza and Subs, Delaware. The Challenge: The Terminator is a 28-inch pizza that you get to finish and win $100 or lose and its $50.
- Two Mad Dogs, Powell. The Challenge: In thirty minutes the challenger has to eat the Woody (a 24-inch, full pound, all beef hot dog on a 24-inch bun with chili and five toppings); one pound of french fries covered in nacho cheese; two whole kosher pickles; a 24-ounce soft serve ice cream; and a 32-ounce fountain drink of your choice. Cost is $19.99 and defeat this battle and you’ll get a victor’s T-shirt along with your photograph on the Hall of Fame in the store and on the Web site. Think it sounds easy? Well so did nearly 100 others but not a single person has defeated the challenge as of June 2012 and you can watch them fail on the Two Mad Dogs’s Web site.
