Columbus Business First announced Wednesday that Polaris Centers of Commerce, the new owner of the old Germain Amphitheater, has announced it will begin demoloshing the main shell area this week.
While the faiclity is being demolished plans for the land are still being debated. Plans could include a medial facility – which would be interesting considering Ohio Health Westerville facility is only minutes away – or a mixed-used blend of retail and residential.
