Zach Boyd and Marah Edington were recently looking for a home in the greater Delaware, Ohio area.
They worked unique hours so an agent that could meet them when they were available and be on top of things was required. After a high-school friend didn’t fit the bill, they found Toby.

The couple and Toby spent several weekends working through the area’s inventory until that “perfect” home appeared. The offer was made, inspections completed, and within thirty days the keys were in Zach and Marah’s hands.
