Don’t worry Shanghai Chinese Restaurant in Delaware, Ohio is open and creates a wonderful collection of traditional Chinese selections for the weary traveler.
Shanghai offers the best General Tso’s with mixed vegetables that I’ve ever had — granted I’ve never even seen it on another restaurant’s menu — and I’ve had a lot of Chinese food. The Moo Shoo is the only item on the menu that doesn’t receive high marks in our book.
Head in for lunch and get soup, entree, and egg roll for about $5. A good value and a great meal.
