Cake Decorating One is a four week class, which meets one night a week, and in the end decorators will be a certified Level One Cake Decorator.
By the end of this course you will have acquired knowledge of the use basic tools necessary for decorating a cake. Under the instructor’s guidance you will have practiced the use of those tools to a degree of competence that will merit a certificate of completion for Level One Cake Decorator.
This course fee is $130 and includes a decorator kit valued at $90. The class will meet for four consecutive week nights beginning September 15. A second session will begin on October 13.
Preregistration is required. The maximum number of students in the class will be limited to assure individual attention. Preregistration is required at least one week prior to the start of the class so all equipment can be assembled.
