Located in Delaware’s Shellborne Forest this is a Maronda build home that was completed in 2004 and has a whopping 2,560 square feet with four bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathrooms.

The Breakdown:

• The Positive: There are 671 houses in Delaware County with 2,500 or more square feet and this is the second lowest priced home (contact Toby for the lowest) by more than $50,000. On top of the 2,500 square foot above ground is a full-basement and a beautiful 1/4-acre lot.
• The Negative: House needs work. Will need flooring throughout and work on the second floor for drywall and plumbing. It appears that water got into the carpet and eventually up into the walls in the master bedroom on the second floor, however the lack of damage to the first-floor ceiling is a “promising” sign.
• The Verdict: If you are looking for a “move-in-ready” home, then search for another foreclosure or HUD home in Delaware County, but this house has a lot of potential for the family that needs to get the most space for the right price.
