Welcome to “The Legend of Saran” being performed Saturdays through August 21 with an 8:30 p.m. curtain at Dark Woods Outdoor Theatre Company in Ostrander.
What made it become a legend is that she spent most of her time in the woods. She knew the woods very well and yet no one ever found her. Some say she chose to live in the woods, but others thought that something evil was in the woods waiting to prey on unsuspecting visitors.
