Delaware County recorder Andrew Brenner recently released the deed reports for May in Delaware County and it contained some good news, even if only a glimmer.
Make a wish that the numbers keep going up!
According to Brenner the office recorded the most deeds since July 2008 with 555, however that glimmer does come as the county also saw an increase in the number of foreclosure deeds being recorded.
Will be interesting to see the results in July – the first month after the government tax credit is completely out of the system.
