There’s a New Builder in Town

There is a new kid in the Delaware, Ohio housing market.

Ryan Homes, a regional builder, has moved into four subdivisions in Delaware County, including one in Olentangy Schools and three in the Delaware City School district. The best part? They have a quality-product at a great price with homes ranging from $140,000 to $280,000.
