Everybody in Delaware, Ohio, has a chance to drive through the historic Northwest District and enjoy the beautiful homes, but it isn’t very often that the public gets a chance to peer into these home’s beautiful gardens.
On Saturday, June 19, from 8:30 – 11 p.m., everyone will get that chance during the Women’s City Club’s Candlelight Garden Tour. It will allow visitors to view gardens at architecturally significant private homes while strolling through Delaware’s historic streets. The Northwest Neighborhood Association shows the flourishing Victorian culture through present day in Delaware.
Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 if purchase at the event. Tickets can be purchased at Beehive Books, 25 North Sandusky Street, or On the Corner Framing, 27 North Sandusky Street, or online via PayPal.
This should be a wonderful event for everyone throughout the greater Delaware community. See a side of Delaware that few get to see every day.
