Delaware Market Opening Up?

There has been a lot of talk about the Delaware, Ohio (“Central Ohio March Sales Increase 48%” and then “Confident? Are You Sure?“) real estate market starting to move in the right direction.

The indicators are there – for both the real estate market and the overall economy – but the majority are understandably jittery right now.

In my opinion, one of the biggest indicators is when builders start to build “spec” homes and open up new developments.

On Friday, M/I Home’s sales representative Caryn Rodeffer announced that the company is working on the second portion of the Westfield Hills development that will run west of the current development and connect to Seatrain Drive in Locust Curve.
