What is a short sale?
Many Central Ohio residents are facing this terminology as they continue to struggle making payments on their home due to financial changes. Toby E. Boyce, of Keller Williams Consultants Realty, will partner with local attorneys, tax accountants, and mortgage professionals to provide insight into how a “short sale” could affect the home owner.

The events will be held in Dublin, Delaware, Pickerington, and Grove City and will last about 1-1/2 hours with time for question and answers.

Boyce has been active in the short sale arena since getting into the business in 2006, but has stepped his efforts up in 2010 to assist home sellers that are struggling and deserve an educated and experienced agent. Boyce has his Master’s in Business Administration and recently earned the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designation from the National Association of REALTORS® and the Certified Short Sale Professional designation.
