Try on Shoes, Help Special Olympics

Delaware Ohio Comfort Shoes New Balance

Comfort Shoes in Delaware, Ohio, having New Balance sale.

What are you doing on Saturday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.?

My suggestion would be that you pack up the bags and head down to Comfort Fit Shoes (find them on Facebook) in Delaware, Ohio for a great sale and to help a great cause.

On Saturday, the store will be having all their New Balance shoes on sale, they carry the 800 lines and up. If you buy a shoe that’s in stock they’ll discount your purchase by 25% and if they have to special order it they’ll give you a 15% discount.

While saving money is great, the better part is that just by trying on a pair of shoes you’ll be making a wonderful contribution. New Balance has pledged that for every pair of their shoes tried on this month they’ll donate $1 to Special Olympics. Better yet, if you purchase a pair of New Balance shoes you have the choice of a $5 rebate or donating $5 to the Special Olympics.

Show-up between 2-3 p.m. on Saturday afternoon to have a chance to visit with Delaware County Special Olympians and give them the wonderful support they so deserve. There will even be a special announcement — I can’t tell you what it is — but you’ll want to have tried on lots of shoes and it will have something to do with Special Olympics in Delaware County.

Comfort Shoes is located at 29 Grandview Avenue — behind PNC Bank and in front of Carlisle School — in western Delaware, Ohio.
