The United States Department of Agriculture has been one of the few 100% lenders available, which has made them very popular.
Unfortunately, for them it has been too popular.
The 100% rural development loan originators have begun announcing that they are no longer accepting applications. The agency has been reporting that it would exhaust funds by April 30. Now reports have them not accepting any new loans that were not pre-approved by March 12, 2010. Anything that was approved before that date will be honored.
Of course this is announced as a temporary measure, but no idea how long.
