The Boys of Summer begin to take the fields throughout Florida and Arizona in large numbers as pitchers, catchers, and injured players begin to report.

You need to be ready to get on the market — like yesterday. The $8,000 first-time home buyer tax credit and the $6,500 move-up credit both need you to be in contract by April 30. You don’t have time to “worry” about things that will not effect the saleability of your home.
