Buying a house is the largest purchase in many people’s lives. How often do they have a question and don’t know where to go for the answers?
Well on March 1, 2010, at 6 p.m. they will have their chance to ask those questions. Toby Boyce, REALTOR® with Keller Williams Consultants Realty, and David Zambo, loan officer with Park National Bank, will on hand to address questions from those that are at any stage in the home process. Some possible things that might be discussed are:
- How do you argue your tax assessment?
- Should I upgrade my bathroom?
- I’ve heard that FHA is changing its rules, how does this impact me when it comes to buying a house?
- My income level has changed. What are my options to keep my home?
- Lots more!
The event will be an opportunity for those – whether they are home buyers or sellers – with real estate related questions to have them answered in a low-pressure setting. The forum will be conducted the first Monday of every month throughout the spring.
Boyce is a Certified Short-Sale Professional and has taken additional courses on short sale transactions (he sat for the Foreclosure and Short Sale Resource designation last week) to assist his clients.
Park National Bank is located at 7140 North High Street – just south of I-270 – in Worthington, Ohio.
