In the soon to be released 2010 Swanepoel TRENDS Report on Real Estate the publication announces the most recognized brands in the real estate industry. Keller Williams, winner of two straight J.D. Power awards for real estate service, added anothr feather to its cap.
The Top 10 real estate franchises, most recognized by the real estate industry as quality national brands are:
- Keller Williams Realty
- Coldwell Banker Real Estate
- RE/MAX International
- Century 21 Real Estate
- Prudential Real Estate
- Sotheby’s International Realty
- EXIT Realty
- ERA Real Estate
- Weichert Real Estate Affiliates
- Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate
Now the first five were pretty easy to figure out. They are the “biggies” on the nationa scene and each one focuses on a difference “niche” to build their brand recognition.
There were more than 11,000 agents casting 390,000 votes in this study. Each agent voted about 35 times in the poll. I voted in it, but only voted once. The press release says:
All surveys and polls are subject to multiple sources of error that are not possible to quantify. Especially with online polls the errors associated with wording, selection, exposure and attempts to manipulate the vote make it very difficult to guarantee results. Post-survey weighting and adjustments are made to adjust for irregularities found in the voting but we avoid using the term “margin of error†as we feel it is still misleading.
So I wonder if the extremely strong Keller Williams technology push with its agents may have given it an advantage in this competition.
Regardless, Keller Williams is a great company to work with in my real estate business. Do you want to know more about working with Keller Williams? Contact Toby today for all the dirty details.
