In September, there were 220 houses for sale within the corporation limits of Delaware, Ohio. While 39 houses were sold and another 26 were under contract in the process of selling.
There was a significant increase in new listings in the city in September with 81 new listings, an 84% increase over the same month one year earlier. It was also the highest single-mont increase of 2009.
