Horse, Mules, Donkeys and more will be the highlight at the Delaware All-Horse Parade

This afternoon at 3 p.m. the largest All-Horse Parade east of the Mississippi will step off in downtown Delaware, Ohio.

The annual parade started in 1986, and has over 550 horses, mules, and donkeys parading throughout Delaware. There are more than 25 different breeds of horses represented and lots of riders in colorful clothes. You will see antique wagons, carriages, stage coaches and floats.

Parade route: Leave the Delaware County Fairgrounds at 3:00 p.m. go east on Pennsylvania, South on Sandusky St., West on Winter St., North on Liberty St., West on Lincoln Ave., and North on Euclid Ave., and returns to the Fairgrounds, a circle Parade.
