A carnival will be held on Saturday at Troy Farms Apartments from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. to support the capital campaign to renovate the new People in Need headquarters in Delaware, Ohio.
The carnival will include face painting, food, and a raffle of items donated by local businesses.
Troy Farms Apartments are located on the west-side behind the “new” Kroger on North Houk Road.
