On Saturday, Common Ground Free Store Ministries will be hosting its fourth annual Praise Jam.
This event will be held at Mingo Park and run from 11:30a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Eight praise bands from Delaware County and nearby communities are scheduled to perform throughout the afternoon.
Free activities for the children will be provided at promotional booths by churches and community agencies. A puppet show will be part of this year’s entertainment. Picnic-style food and drink will be available for purchase.
In addition there will be a pie-baking contest and a chili cook-off!
The admission cost is just $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under, making it an affordable family event.
Through your participation, you will be supporting this important outreach which has, to date, served over 2,600 needy families in our community.
