Friends of Alum Creek Dog Park are hosting their annual Pup-A-Palooza today beginning at 10 a.m. at the Alum Creek State Dog Park.
2009 marks the third annual Pup-A-Palooza. In 2008, the event hosted over 3,500 visitors and their dogs from all over Central Ohio. Pup-A-Palooza proceeds benefit the Friends Of Alum Creek Dog Park, the all volunteer 501c3 charity that built, maintains and financially supports the park. Proceeds from this year’s event will be used toward the fundraising goal of $20,000 to install lights for evening use of the dog park.
Rescue groups, animal focused businesses and not for profits, businesses that support the Alum Creek Dog Park, music, food, a great silent auction and best of all – a day of fun at the dog park!
Other events inclue music by Seven Book Trilogy (10 a.m.), Agent 44 (11 a.m.), Elisa Nicolas (1 p.m.), and Endless Recess (2 p.m.)
The Alum Creek State Dog Park is located on Hollenbach Road in southern Delaware County.
