Delaware’s Preservation Parks and the Delaware County District Library, Sunbury’s Community Library, and Ashley’s Wornstaff Memorial Library have partnered up to give kids a fun and educational way to spend the summer.

Letter boxes — a fun hobbey for thousands where you find a box with a stamp and then add it to your personal travel log — will be hidden at seven Preservation Parks this summer. Children who find all seven letterboxes will be entered into a drawing for prizes that include Columbus Zoo and Aquarium passes, gift certificates to Fundamentals and Beehive Books.

Registration forms, instructions, and clues will be available at:

  • Today, Community Library, Sunbury, 11 a.m.
  • Sunday, Delaware County District Library Main Branch, 2 p.m.
  • Monday, Delaware County District Library Powell Branch, 6:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Delaware County District Library Ostrander Branch, 6:30 p.m.
