Delaware Continues to Fare Well Under Stress

Delaware County continues to fare well under the recession, when compared to our neighbors across the state.

In a recent Stress Test report by county from the Associated Press, Delaware ranked second in the state with an 8.67 score. With only Holmes County’s 8.49. The test took into account unemployment, foreclosures, and bankruptcies with equal weight to determine to create a score where zero is perfect and one hundred is worst possible.
