10% Bump In Delaware’s Locust Curve Housing Prices

The first quarter numbers are finally in for Locust Curve on Delaware’s West Side. Compared to last year the average sale’s price has increased by 10.3%, however that is mostly due to the homes that are on the market.

Last year the average home sold for $82 per square foot, while in 2009 the number slid to $79 per square foot based on the average home being about 100 square foot larger than a year ago.

  • Average Square Footage (Minimum – Maximum): 1,902 (1,240-1,842)
  • Average List Price: $180,336 ($143,600-$229,900)
  • List Price Per Square Foot: $100.00 ($82.76 – $115.73)
  • Average Bedrooms: 3 (3-4)
  • Average Bathrooms: 2.1 (2.1-2.1)
