M/I Homes have introduced a new “eco-home” series which emphasizes less rooms with an open floor plan that focuses on clean site lines.
One of the really cool features is the “E-zone” which is a one-stop shop for syncing items in the home. Probably the best feature of the homes are that the prices will range from the $120,000s to the $170,000s.
