Electronic Recycling in Delaware

Only 11 percent of electronics in the United States are properly recylcled. On Wednesday, you can do your part to bring that number up.

Techdisposal and Carlisle Elementary are teaming up to provide an “e-cycle” event at the school on Wednesday during school hours. Bring your e-waste (list below of a smaple of accepted items) to the lobby (outside the office) on Wednesday.

  • CPU (the computer “tower”)
  • fax machines
  • CD & DVD players
  • copiers (small size only please)
  • printers
  • cell phones and MP3 players
  • small electronics
  • power cables and surge strips
  • computer parts
  • monitors
  • scanners

However, please do not bring your television.

Carlisle Elementary is located at 746 West Central Avenue (State Route 37) on Delaware’s west side.
