Soul Satyr‘s first visit to Delaware’s Roop Brother Bar was such a hit that they’ll be back on Saturday night for another show at 9 p.m.
Led by Johnny Mack’s vocals Soul Satyr is an eight-person band that includes Steve Ward (bass, harp), Linda Dachytl (hammond b3), Brian Duress (drums), Joe Reasoners (saxs, flutes), Ted Basinger (trombone), John Bonham (trumpet), and Cary Dachytl (percussion).
The band has released three albums, including their latest No Slackin’!, which blends rock, blues, jazz and good old-fashioned great song writing for a great show.
They are also on the slate at Roop Brothers for June 6 and August 29 for another 9 p.m. show.
Roop Brothers Bar is located at 17 North Union Street between William and Winter Streets in downtown Delaware.
