It is down to the wire for the 2009 tax season.
Just a reminder that the Delaware City Taxes are due to city hall by Wednesday night and that filing is required even if no tax is due. If filing assistance is needed, taxpayers should bring the W-2s and federal schedules necessary to complete their forms.
The Delaware Tax Department will be open today from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. to assist residents, while on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday the office will remain open for you to turn in your taxes.
The city tax office is located in City Hall, 1 South Sandusky Street. Please enter through the building’s south entrance. Ordinary business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Public questions can be directed to 740-203-1225
