Evaluating Presiden Obama’s First 100 Days in Delaware

A panel of nationally renowned experts will discuss “Obama’s First 100 Days: U.S. Domestic and International Political Futures and Problems” on Wednesday Friday (April 17) at 4 p.m. in Ohio Wesleyan University’s R.W. Corns Building.

The event, which is free and open to the public and the audience will also be invited to participate in an open question and answer session.

Panel participants will include:

  •  Tom Edsall, the Joseph Pulitzer II and Edith Pulitzer Moore Professor of Journalism at Columbia University and political editor of the “Huffington Post.”
  • Gregg Jarrett, news anchor for Fox News Channel.
  • Scott Lilly, a senior fellow at the Washington, D.C.-based Center for American Progress, a “progressive think-tank dedicated to improving the lives of Americans through ideas and action.”
  • Irfan Nooruddin, assistant professor of political science at The Ohio State University and a 1996 OWU graduate.
  • Carl Pinkele, Ohio Wesleyan professor of politics and government and director of the university’s Arneson Institute.

During the conference, each panelist will speak for up to 15 minutes, make general comments based on the presentations, and respond to audience questions.

The R.W. Corns Building is located at 78 South Sandusky Street between Spring and Park Streets in downtown Delaware.
