Delaware, Ohio has supported Comics For a Cure – to the tune of raising $13,000 for the American Cancer Society in 2008.

It is now time to beat that number, as the 2009 show will be held on Saturday, February 21, at the Strand Theatre in downtown Delaware, Ohio.

This year’s show features the comedy of David McCreary, Mary Miller, Kenny Mock, and Dan Nainan along with the emcee Jeff Robinson, public information officer for the city of Powell editor of the Delaware Gazette and accomplished stage-funny man in his own right.

In addition there will be a live auction held in conjunction with the event.

Tickets are available at the Strand Theatre or by calling Robinson at 815-0642 for only $20.
