Lehner Woods, a community of stand-alone condos located on Delaware’s west side, reported a slight improvement over 2007′s sales data.
The average purchase price was essentially the same — actual growthof 0.88% — to $107,995.
In addition the average sales price per square foot increased by one dollar to $78 per square foot, while the average list price per square foot slipped by one dollar to $80.
