- List Price Per Square Foot: $86, – 9%
- Sold Price Per Square Foot: $81, -14%
- Sold Price Range: $108,000 – $199,900
While the numbers are not very pretty, they pretty much show what you’d expect from our current housing economy. By comparison, the city of Delaware was down 6.5 % from 2007 to 2008 (see the entire Delaware activity report).
