
The twinkies will be deconstructed in Delaware on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. in Ohio Wesleyan University’s Hamilton-Williams Campus Center’s Benes Rooms.
Steve Ettlinger, the author of Twinkie Deconstructed, will be on campus to discuss his research on process foods. As part of the book, Ettlinger visited every indgreadients orgin in a Twinkie — all the way from the ground to the stomach.
The event is free and open to the public. Each year, Ohio Wesleyan’s Sagan National Colloquium examines an issue of global significance. This year’s topic is “Cultivating a Green Campus: Promoting Sustainability and Environmental Understanding on the OWU Campus and in the Delaware Community.”
