Former President James K. Polk
Beehive Bookstore is welcoming in the new president, Abe Lincoln’s 200th birthday, and President’s Day with a special 44-day Presidential Honor Roll.
Beginning on Sunday with President Washington at Noon the Bookstore will host every other presidents over the course of the next six weeks.
On Wednesday, January 28, Toby will be spending 15 minutes sharing the words of former President James K. Polk.
The program will feature 10-15 minutes of speaking from one of the president’s speaches, followed by a short reason for choosing that particular President.
