Right now, all I know about the corner of 36/Houk is that a bank is going to be involved. I’ll do some checking.

As to the downtown, the owner of the Hoggy’s building also owns the other corner building (former Bianchis) and is creating a court-yard area. Amattos Wood Fire Pizza is going to use the old Bianchi building as seating. There had been talk of a ice cream shop going in as well but I think that fell by the wayside when Amatto’s made its decision.
