Tera Alta, owned by Pollock Venture LLC, has passed the Delaware Planning Commision with its preliminary plan to bring 483 homes to town according to a recent aritcle in the Delaware Gazette.
Tera Alta is planned to sit on about 250 acres north of Braumiller Road and east of Pollock Road on the city’s south side. The development plans to have 316 single-family homes and 167 condominiums.
There is a lot of concerns about the traffic the development will generate on Pollock Road.
Interesting this development plan is moving forward as the condo development at the intersection of Curve Road and Berlin Station Road, about two miles north of Tera Alta, has been put on the market.
