Delaware County currently has more than 1-1/2 years inventory based on May’s sales. The good sign is that 273 listings are contingent financing and/or inspection and will hopefully close in the next month or so.

These 273 homes are averaging $317,917 — $119.43 per square foot — and has been on the market for 123 days.
