Toby Sold Another Delaware Home!

I can finally address those questions I’ve received from friends and lookers in Historic Northwest Delaware.

“Yes, 291 North Washington sold.”

On Friday, the lovely property was transferred to its new owners. It sold after only 72 days on the market and for $181,000 or 98.4 percent of the original list price.

I am honored to have had the opportunity to help these wonderful sellers fulfill their dream of moving out of state this quickly.

   And it 72 days… My immediate community is seeing a lot more DOM than that :-/
