“On To November” is a panel discussion at Ohio Wesleyan on April 25 at 4 p.m. in the Benes Room of the Hamilton-Williams Campus Center.
Panel participants are Dan Balz, chief national political correspondent for The Washington Post; David Brady, deputy director for Stanford University’s Hoover Institution for War, Revolution and Peace; D. Sunshine Hillygus, Harvard University professor and director for the Harvard Program on Survey Research; Gregg Jarrett, news anchor for Fox News Channel; and Carl Pinkele, Ohio Wesleyan professor and director of the university’s Arneson Institute.
During the conference, each panelist will speak for up to 15 minutes, make general comments based on the presentations, and respond to audience questions. Brady and Pinkele will make a joint presentation.
“This event provides a good opportunity to hear the perspectives of well-known experts and to stimulate conversation about the 2008 election,” said Pinkele, who also will serve as moderator. “The panel will
examine the tactics used by the candidates, the reaction of voters, and what it all means.”
