The model at Carson Farms (511 Carson Farms Blvd., Delaware) will be the site of a Free Stating Seminar on Saturday from 10 - 11 a.m. The seminar will feature Rhonda Pettit, owner/stager for Divine Designs Unlimited, and offer attendees tips and insight into staging their home - whether it is for sale or not. Wells Fargo’s Bill Channell will present a short-presentation on mortgage options that sellers can use to enhance their home’s appeal. In addition to Pettit and Channell, the event is sponsored by Dominion Homes, Title First Agency, and Keller Williams The Realty Firm’s Toby Boyce.
