Sadie’s Take on Delaware Ohio

It has been a rough couple of weeks at Sadie’s Take on Delaware.

And I’m sure you’ve noticed that the quality and amount of content has dropped off significantly. Toby and Sadie would like to apologize for that right now.

“So what gives?,” a few of you have asked.

1. The Move to Keller Williams The Realty Firm. When I made the announcement, I really thought I’d had all my i’s dotted and t’s crossed. Boy was a I wrong. There has been a significant number of “little” things that have popped up and needed to be put out.
2. Spring in the City. The spring has come and the buyers are popping out of hibernation - just like the beautiful crocuses that dot our flowerbeds.
3. All Work, No Play Make Toby Dull Boy. One of the things I promised Gretchen with the flip to Keller Williams was that I would work very hard on balance. And I’ve been trying to stay off the computer in the evenings to give some quality time with her and Sadie. Is it working? You’d have to ask her …
