Playing Frisbee Outside in March …

314426_frisbee.jpgThis isn’t the frisbee that you and your friends enjoyed at the beach last summer.

This is ultimate frisbee.

What’s the difference? Well one is like wrestling with your girlfriend, and the other is like wrestling with Chyna.

Ohio Wesleyan’s Firedogs Club Team will host the Evan Reas Memorial Tournament on Saturday and Sunday at Smith Park.

Teams from Ohio State, Rochester, Hope, Dayton, Edinboro, Wooster, Walsh, Denison, Dayton, Pitt, Earlham, Kent, Case Western Reserve, Kent, and Eastern Michigan will join the Firedogs in in the tournament.

Each team will compete in three pool-play games beginning at 10 a.m. on Saturday with winners advancing through to Sunday’s Championship rounds.

Smith Park is located on Troy Road on the city’s north side.
