Delaware Weight-Loss Group Donates to Charities

From the HeartDelaware TOPS #OH2079 has donated $200 to local charities to assist the needy of Delaware County.

The donations were given to the The Humane Society of Delaware County, People in Need, Delaware County Family and Children Services, and the Delaware Free Store from the organization’s “happy dollar” fund.

The organization’s “happy dollar” fund is an opportunity for members to donate support those in need in celebration of the good in their life. The money is donated to organizations that members feel deserves at varying times throughout out the year.

Delaware TOPS #OH2079 meets every Thursday night at the William Street United Methodist Church at 6:30 p.m. Visitors are welcome to experience this group for a free meeting.

TOPS is a national non-profit weight-loss group with more than 200,000 members in nearly 10,000 chapters from across the globe.
