This is just a friendly reminder that Valentine’s Day is only two weeks away.
So the time is now to get those thoughtful downtown merchants working on your gift — you know, the one that makes you look like you spent all year thinking about it.
Lots of options out there, but since Stanya and Sara sent me an e-mail, thought I’d toss them a little love today regarding their unique “lovely” (notice my clever use of words with love … not funny?) gifts. Head on over to Simple Indulgences Web site for more but they’ve got a lot of neat options from wine to flowers to baskets to something totally you.
Of course there are a lot of other great downtown business, but that’s for next week’s Best of Delaware.

That website is really great and useful! In case you need some more ideas, I work with Dove and they have a contest going on called “Expressions of Love”.
